*Weekends (Friday & Saturday nights): 

$990/weekend + tax  (approx. $71/person  + tax based on a 14 person occupancy)

Check in Friday @ 4pm ~ Check out Sunday @ 2pm.

(When available, early check in or late check out can be arranged)

* Weekend rates remain the same regardless of the number of guests (14 person maximum)

 

Weeknights (Sunday - Thursday nights):

$30 per person per night + tax with a 4 person minimun occupancy and a 3 night minimum stay. (14 person maximum)


Reservations:

Find an available date on the on-line calendar that will work for your group.  Print and complete the registration form that follows.  Then mail your registration form along with the $250 deposit to the Dakota Getaway, 1674 Oakwood Drive, West Fargo, ND  58078.  Reservations are confirmed when the down payment has been received (on a first come - first served basis).  We are unable to hold a reservation without a received down payment.  Please read all terms and agreements.

Terms & Conditions:

A $250 deposit (cash, money order or check only) is required to reserve your spot at the Dakota Getaway.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.  Remaining payment is accepted in the form of personal check, cashier's check, money order, credit card or cash).   

You will receive a confirmation letter and information packet after the deposit has been received. 

Cancellation Policy:

If it becomes necessary to cancel or change your reservation, notify us immediately via email at janelle@dakotagetaway.com or phone (701) 388-3766.  Cancellations and changes are accepted and dealt with at the sole discretion of the owners of the Dakota Getaway.   

Cancellation requests must be received 30 or more days prior to arrival date.  Refund of deposit, less a $50 processing fee, will be made.  In the event of less than 30 days notification, your deposit will be forfeited.  Final balances paid cannot be refunded.

 

I confirm that I have read the refund and cancellation agreement and agree to its terms.  I hereby release the Dakota Getaway of any liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise while using the Dakota Getaway.
